We celebrate our holidays and traditions with music, dances and flavours.
Mexico is a country of ancient traditions, celebrated with joy, colours, folklore, music, dances and gastronomy which we share with you at Santa Catrina. We celebrate every Mexican holiday starting the year by baking rosca de reyes and tamales. On Día de la Independencia (Independence Day) we recreate El Grito and prepare chiles en nogada. On the Day of the Dead, we prepare the altar, bake pan de muerto and decorate sugar skulls, all accompanied by Mexican music and dances. Plus, with us the "Fiesta" is all the time, so every weekend our Catrina performs - making the evenings unforgettable!
